The Leadership Style Inventory Test is a web-based 30 minute psychometric test that measures how a leader is leading. It assesses the leadership style of managers and it is a unique and useful state of the art tool. This test method is for use by Occupational or Organisational Psychologists, as interpretation is needed of the raw data.
The Basic Profile (BP) Personality Test is a web-based 30 minute psychometric test that results in ‘best fit’ leaders and professionals being selected and developed. This test focuses on what strengths are needed in a leader. It is a high quality test that has been independently tested by the Swedish Foundation of Applied Psychology. This test method is for use by HR Professionals.
The Ability Tests are a set of short web-based tests which help determine a candidate’s aptitude for a leadership role. These test enable a better prognosis of occupational achievement and involve both verbal, numerical and logic questions. The Ability Tests are for use by Occupational or Organisational Psychologists, as interpretation is needed of the raw data.
