We at Psytest strive to ensure that you as a customer and/or test user feel safe in sharing your personal data with us. Personal data is information that can be used individually or in aggregate to identify, locate, or contact an individual. Using personal data includes many processes, such as collection, analysis, registration, and storage. The personal data controller is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the processing of your personal data complies with applicable personal data legislation. Psytest AB is the personal data controller for data from our customers, participants in our education programs and events, subscribers to our newsletters, and the people we test ourselves. As our customer, you are the personal data controller when you use our testing system to test candidates. Psytest AB is then the personal data assistant. This responsibility is defined in a written agreement signed by both parties. Psytest AB is a Swedish limited-liability company with its registered office and address in Malmö: Skeppsbron 2, 3 tr., 211 20 Malmö.

When a candidate takes a test in our testing system, the person’s name, e-mail address, test ID, gender, age, and the position applied for, as well as answers to the test questions and test results, are recorded. With anonymous testing, only an identification code is used so that the test results cannot be linked to the test taker.
